This was sold to me a couple months ago as a "Dragon Goby". He is an incredible sand sifter, has several burrows, and has rearranged my sandbed several times over. Actually reminds me a lot of a freshwater crawfish.
Anyway, he's wiped out my diatoms and eradicated my hair algae, so I love him dearly. But now I'm worried that he has nothing to eat. Only thing I can get him to eat other than sifting is mysis, and only one or two per feeding. He just won't compete with the royal grammas or the chromis.
I tried the internets, but searching them gave me thousands of pages of a very ugly eel looking thing that is most certainly not the beautiful hair-algae eating wonder you see below.
So...what is this, and what do I feed him?
