Going on a Caribbean cruise, need input

We will be stopping in Jamaica, Grand Cayman islands and Cozumel. What are the best places to hit while there. I dont want to take a Excursion from the cruise line, i want good places to hit up.

We dove with Deep Blue Divers in Cayman, it was amazing and they are right down from the ship port (5 min cab ride). Their service was top notch. Would dive with them again in a hearbeat. Jamaica - Doctors cave beach. Nice and safe, take a cab all the way to the beach. Don't walk, Jamaica isn't super safe, but drs cave is a controlled beach. You have to pay to enter and it was beautiful and clean and the food was fantastic as well as the snorkeling. We had a great day just hanging on the beach, snorkeling and drinking buckets of red stripe. Cozumel we dove with Papa Hog, nice people, cheap beer have fun on ur cruise ......we have done that same one twice.

Best diving of those stops is Grand Cayman and Cozumel. I can second the recommendation of Papa Hog in Cozumel. On GC I found Ocean Frontiers very good, but they are long way off from the port.
