I am pretty sure these are Gold Dust Paly's, the picture is not the best for color but u can see the detail of the speckles. They are a Goldish color with a nice specke pattern. Can someone confirm for me please? Sorry not the best picture.

I had a colony of gold dust palys, they are different than the pink and golds and don't take over like they do. They are the same type of paly as the nuclear green palys. They were greenish brown base with gold speckles covering the middle. I loved them but my Koran decided one night he loved them more and ate every last one in two days... :( it was a 5" round colony!!!

Here is a bad pic in 10k lighting. Doesn't show off the gold speckles but they looked good under actintics.

I have some of these myself - keep them on the sand isolated on a rock otherwise they spread away from eachother and will migrate all over your tank... The stalks can stretch a few inches...it's really unpleasant.

ive been looking for a thread with these in them i bought a rock that had a branchinf pavonia and a sunset monti on it which is why i bought the rock in the first place. there were also a couple polyps of these pink and gold on there they quickly took over and are now starting to smother my monti and pavonia!!! is there a good way to get these things off of a rock???

Those Piper I had, they grow as fast as texas trash protopalythoas.

Thoes are not the same as the ones in my pic. Your pic are the ones that grow like weeds and spread everywhere. My pic is of the same kind of polyp that the nuclear green and purple death palys are, at least by looking at the polyp shape and skirt. I would not care if the angelfish ate thoes either. In fact I would welcome it! I haven't seen any angelfish eat the ones you pictured, maybe they are too poisonous? Thoes protopalys do sometimes come in with some cool patterns or colors but normally still spread too quick and change to a boring color or pattern.
