Golden angel

I know this doesn't really belong here but he is going into an all sps tank, and some of the people here might have one. I just received a golden angel, and it has not started to eat yet. Any ideas on what to try to get him started. I have tried live brine with no luck.

Is it picking at the rock at all? Is it's breathing labored at all? You might attach some nori to a peice of rubble with a rubberband.

i have on in my 310gl reef and i never feed the fish....goldens are very shy and feed in dark caves on the undersides of live rock...if you have a good amount of "bugs" and sponge i would not worry to much....ALL my reef tank produce their own food supply for ALL the fish and corals....

He seems to be very healty, fat and has perfect color. His breathing is normal, and he is swimming all around the tank. He is currently in my QT tank, which only has a small amount of live rock. He will go in the 240 in the next couple of days. I do have nori in the tank now and he has paid it no attention.

Here is a spawning pair I had. They were in a reeftank and I never had any trouble. I should have never gaVe them away This is the only picture I have of them.

Been looking for mine for a long time. Everyone wanted to much for them. I got this little guy for (are you ready for this) $20.00. Yes thats right 20 dollars. Mind you I also traded in a lot of corals too. Have to love a tank that helps pay for itself.

My CB didn't eat prepared foods for the longest time, but when I added other fish to the tank and they took Nori, he was eating in no time.

i have golden angel in my tank ..he's a happy camper..and
didn't do much thing him to eat ..

i gave him...shrimp and some seaweed..

healthy angel he is..
