I picked up a frag of this coral from Salty Underground, which all the frags were beautiful that i bought, I am having an issue figuring out where to place it? Let me know what your experience with them is.

The only one Ive been able to keep alive for over a couple months is a red one that has been aquacultured.

BTW, There Frags are amazing. They are nicer than the pics. It was only $16 to ship it to me in Belleville. Well worth not having to haul two little kids long with me. I will be ordering from them again.

Moved the Goni up to the top and a little bit more flow and its starting come out more. Ill be trying some reef riods also.

They definitely like high light and high flow. They also benefit from plankton. My friend had one that was dying, so he ended up giving it to me. I put it right at the top of my tank next to some of my SPS, directly in between A MP 40 and A MP 10, and is doing great. It started to grow back over the dead skeleton.

They need a decent amount of light and for flow it should be high just above it...it should be able to reach up into the higher flow. I had mine alive and healthy for months but at that time I was super new and not testing enough...so between peppermint shrimp tearing up corals at the time and some alk swings, I did eventually lose it.
