Wonder what gives here. I've had been fighting them for over 4 yrs for something that should of been on warranty at the beginning. Got the "nothing ever goes wrong with these" Got jerked around by dealer, distributor and GHL till guess what ? - you have no warranty ! Ended up paying a lot more money (over this and that) to finally to get it fixed on top of a big stack of $ for a fully load system. Didn't say one thing or so called "bully" on any of the reef boards ever. Sorry this really steams me. Glad you got something.

Just to clarify here, if coming on forums with complaints its important the whole story is told.

When we got your unit back to look at, the power input to the board was broken off the main board. Sadly this is not warranty, and something it would not left the factory like as it would have not worked to load the firmware from new. I explained this to you on the phone.

I know you say you feel progressive reef did this to your unit, but you took it to them with the exact same fault we saw, sadly they miss diagnosed it which we appreciate led to your frustration however we replaced the parts and serviced the unit at our cost prices.

If you have more concerns you have my telephone number, but glad we got you up and running finally.
