Just to clarify here, if coming on forums with complaints its important the whole story is told.
When we got your unit back to look at, the power input to the board was broken off the main board. Sadly this is not warranty, and something it would not left the factory like as it would have not worked to load the firmware from new. I explained this to you on the phone.
I know you say you feel progressive reef did this to your unit, but you took it to them with the exact same fault we saw, sadly they miss diagnosed it which we appreciate led to your frustration however we replaced the parts and serviced the unit at our cost prices.
