Wow. That thing has been on the market for a long time. Its definitely a unique shape. If it's contructed well, that is certaianly a good deal. As I recall, it didn't have a stand or the stand was in pieces. The stand would be the real nightmare if you need to have it built. As for lighting, that's not an issue at all.. At least not if you have the money. 6-8 Kessil 360's would light that tank up like Dodger stadium as would 5-6 Radion XR30's. I can think of many other lights that would work out just fine too but Kessils would be perfect.
As for it being acrylic.. Anybody that has an issue with acrylic, I suggest you take a look at my 480 gallon display that I had custom built 20 years ago. I highly doubt your glass tank would look anywhere near as good let alone be half as structurally sound after that long. Try removing scratches from glass, with or without water.. No need to remove the water to remove scratches with acrylic. Been there done that. That said, it's all relative to the construction.
