good detritivore

I'm looking for a good detritivore for my 75g reef. I have a small handful of Nassarius and turbo snails and they do a decent job with the sand (my diamond goby is better) and glass. However, I'm a fairly generous feeder and there's usually some leftover food and plenty of fish waste.

Who does a good job of getting specifically the fish waste?

Tank specs:
75 g
3 chromis
2 oscellaris clowns
1 Flame angel
2 banggai cardinals
1 diamond goby
1 skunk cleaner
1 peppermint shrimp
15-20 Nassarius and turbo snails

I'd prefer not to get more turbo snails because I like to be able to move corals around. Whenever I don't glue them down- the snails knock em over.

Haha really? I was looking at some stars and I thought serpent stars were way creepier!!

Anything I should know about stars- will they eat anything (like corals, inverts or fish)? Any stars that don't get too big?

Serpent stars (the green ones) get large and eventually will eat small fish in the rock work at night, or so I've heard from a few people on RC.

I hate how creepy the stars are too, but they are what they are, but they're good at what they do.
