Good Disease diagnosis and treatment references

I've been slowly working on expanding my library, and one of the things that seems to plague many reefers that I have no experience and limited knowledge of is fish diseases. As such, I'm trying to find a good, methodical reference that goes through disease signs and symptoms, diagnosis, and treatment.

If you can think of a couple texts of varied pricing that would be appreciated. Also, I'm quite comfortable with fairly technical texts, so tough reading isn't a problem.

My favorite by far is Edward Noga's Fish Disease: Diagnosis and Treatment.
