Those ufo leds that my lfs uses cover a 2'x2' area. They are using them over 2 of the 80g deep blue frag tanks. They have 1 over each 2' section and they cover the tank very well. If I get back from Boston before they close I will try to get pics and prices tonight, otherwise it will still have to be monday.

They were only available 1 time!! And during a storm I lost power 2 years ago and lost everything !!

That sucks. Those clowns were pretty awesome looking. I wish I had bought some designer clowns when I was shopping for them. I ended up just getting a pair of maroon clownfish instead.

What about a 150w metal halide pendant? People are always selling them and I bet you could pick one up for a faction of what it once cost.

I just left my lfs with the pics. The light is a little more expensive than I remember but they highly recommend them for frag tanks and they will give you 10% off if you are a club member, if not I can get you the 10% off if you are interested.

I could set you up with a Sunlight Supply Bluewave 3 250W HQI ballast and a LumenMax3 reflector w/ glass and used 14k radium bulb for $200.

Sounds good but I'm really trying to avoid MH. I have too many things running for my other two tanks already

What bout those par38 led bulbs ?

You would probably need a few of them to cover the tank and im not sure how much par they put out.

does PUPPY CENTER still have thosed led pendants ? I have 3 of them , they are sweet for a frag tank , r u doing zoas or sps ..mixed? i had really great color and growth with them . 1 watt bulbs.115 watts total , 2:1 blue /white

these are the no name ones i have . i want to say $300-$350 somewhere around there . sps grow nice , zoas look crazy with the blues on . they were very popular a year ago .

oh sorry , i thought that pic had two pendants on the main tank ,old pic. but its just the one on the right .the other one is 4 t-5 and the fuge is 2 power compact . the led pendant is a nice simple light . perfect for a frag tank .
