i was looking in the tank with a flashlight tonight and seen a ton of these guys, i dont know if its a good or bad thing?

good. i use to have tons of them. shell less snails. i forgot what they are called

I have some of those too.. a few that are white like yours and a couple black ones,, color doesn't matter does it?

They are kind of like a limpet. They eat algae, have few in my tank. No problems. +1 on the pics.
