Has anybody seen any hippos for a good price? I just lost my Dori and my daugher keeps looking for her. I got my first at Fishy INC for $15, too bad it got stuck to my powerhead.

It looked fine, but I suspect something was wrong with it before also, I had it for about 2 weeks so who knows

and it lived for 2 days after I released it, but it was hurting from the suction.

From what I found muts and buts had tiny ones for $30 Pet warehouse had small ones for $50 alot of fish had a small nice one for $60 and large ones were $100 and up

Guys,
You should both understand that Tangs in general, particularly Hippos are well know for their susceptibility to ICH. This is a problem that is compounded many times by stress. Because Tangs are not "couch potato" type fish, keeping them in "small" tanks causes them stress, increasing the likelihood of illness that will spread to other fish in your system.
If you're looking for a definition of "small tanks" 54 and 75 both apply, IMO.
