good service but won't take a return on hydor evo 750'2

I bought 3 hydor 750's less than 60 days ago, all three kicked the center guide out that keeps them from running backwards, told the guy I wanted to return and he gives me the number to hydor, and says call them and they will replace them...hello!! its going to happen again!! you should have taken it back guys... loyal shopper here... don't make me start looking elsewhere.

We spoke on the phone this morning. We apologize for the inconvenience. Hydor will ship the replacement pump covers directly to you which will resolve your issue much quicker than going through our return and exchange process. We recommended that you please contact Hydor because they will be able answer your questions on why this is happening, and how to prevent this issue in the future since this happened to all three of your pumps.

Why is my Koralia Evolution running in reverse?

There are several possible causes of reversal in the Koralia Evolution.
  1. The bushing that sits inside the black wing of the impeller may have slipped down. If this has occured, simply push the bushing back into place. You can also contact Hydor USA Customer Service and request an upgraded bushing that snaps into place, preventing slippage.
  2. The front cover maybe damaged. If your cover is damaged, you can contact Hydor USA Customer Service and request a new cover.
  3. The rubber bumper on the inside of the front cover maybe missing or damaged. Hydor USA Customer Service can supply you with replacement parts.

If you cannot diagnose the cause on your own, feel free to contact Hydor USA Customer Service for assistance.
If you are unable to get in touch with Hydor or if you prefer going through us, then we will be more than happy to setup your return, just let us know. We will look to hearing back from you on how you would like us to proceed.
