Sorry I missed this post... it's a green nepthea... looks a little pale in the pic.. more green in person..Nice work on your tank sir it looks great:fish1:. May i ask what the white tree-looking soft coral is to the immediate right of the hammer ?
Thank you!Simply amazing
Thank you... got a pic of the bottom? Sounds coolThe star polyps look cool growing down onto the bottom. I remember your tank from a while back, its even more beautiful now. I just recently started a BB tank a few months ago. I only have a few corals so far. I did a 3D background on the bottom of my tank, I think it turned out pretty good.

You have a build thread or anything? I would love to see more of that process and see how it progresses etc... I'm upgrading soon.. might have to read up on that some moreIts made from rock and a elastomer called polyurea. Its kind of hard to explain but they take ground up peices of rock and put it on a mold then spray the back with polyurea and it sits for 10 days. Its bendable but if you felt it it feels like the surface of live rock. You can also cut it. I had to make a few cuts for the overflows and the corners to get it to fit right. I used silicone all around the edges and down the center to make sure no water gets underneath it.
Yeah I just didn't want to hijack your topic. The pic is from when I was finalizing my scape there is no water in the tank.

And goskn5 what size you planning to go up to? 120? I'm guessing that would be next easiest move up or are you going for a bigger move up in size?
That's cool... I'm interested to see how it holds up over time and how it looks in a year or two... pretty cool ideaI didn't log any of the build process, wish I would have. Its from a company called universal rocks and they make a saltwater style that looks like sand its more of a beige color. They didn't make it at the time I built my tank. Wish they had it then I think it looks better than what I picked but I cant go back now.
