Looks good, pretty colors. Also looks like a spot a mag would like--on top of a rock without any other rocks or the aquarium glass touching it. If you keep your water parameters, especially nitrates, in check it will probably stay put. As I mentioned to you before, they won't die from elevated nitrates, but they won't look their best and they will begin to shift around on their rock or even let go altogether. Other variables which I think you have covered are: randon water flow, bright light, and specific gravity ~1.026, temperature 80ish-82ish.
