As mentioned in this thread , this weekend is the grand opening. I just received a post card in the mail yesterday announcing it.

It is a "HUGE Grand Opening Tent Sale.
Trucklodas of Amazing Inventory at Amazingly Low Prices"

296 East Jericho Turnpike, Huntington NY 11746.

They might have bought a mailing list from some of the LFS. I got a postcard where I teach, and the only place that has my school address is Aquarium Adventure

Ill bet the list originated from AA. Both myself and my housemate recieved the post card today. Plus it looks like AA employees will be working there.

AA is a franchise out of Ohio, doubt if they reinvented themselves. Most likely ambitious and well funded former employees.
