Hey Syracuse URS! Don't know if you guys have heard, but fellow URS members Ty Coakley and Jon Aspinwall have a start-up marine livestock business called Great Abyss Aquatics based in Cortland NY. They just got a shipment in this past week, and I'm gonna be heading down to Cortland this weekend to check out their new stuff.
If you guys haven't been down, you really should check it out. They really have some awesome livestock at pretty much frag-swap prices (last time I was there, I picked up a cyan walling hammer (1 head), purple tipped green branching hammer (2 heads), darth maul palys (1 polyp), an unspecified but beautiful pale purple acropora (1.5 inch), and an incredible hulk acro (.5 inch). I wont say what it cost, but lets just say I've spent more on single frags from retail stores. I was pleased to say the least :beachbum
So, head on down and check em out. If you are in syracuse and want a ride down this weekend, drop me a line and I'm sure we can make it happen. The guys are really cool, their livestock is top notch, and I can't wait to head down again!
