Called Ecotech, AGAIN, with some issues and not only was I taken care of, but I wasn't rushed off the phone like other companies. All of my concerns were addressed professionally and cordially. Big Fan.

If you have any issues with these products, don't hesitate to call them, you will be taken care of. That's how we do in the Lehigh Valley!
 
It's funny, it seems like the Ecotech experiences are polar.

On the downside I've called with fan questions and instead of something concrete such as "Yes, the Radion is the same volume as a small box fan on low when you max out all channels" I've gotten "If you think there is something wrong mail it in, otherwise we have no advice."

On the better side, I've called them for stuff that benefits me and is well outside the warranty agreement and still gotten great support. Some of it was silly stuff like "I'm about to buy a piece of your equipment used from another hobbyist, can you confirm the model if I give you a serial number?", they gave me exactly the information I needed and thanked me for calling in.
