Great customer service

Just got my MP40's back from getting a cord extension. Wanted to say thanks to the Ecotech guys for turning this around so quickly and being generally very good folks to do business with.

They even put in a sample of their coral glue - they must know I've always struggled with gluing frags, if that stuff really works, they've just made another sale.

Yes I would completely agree as well. I just had my pump returned back to me on Wednesday for repair and I was completely blown away by their customer service. They really know how to take care of their customers.
