A few years ago I had emailed EcoTech Marine about a used EcoTech Marine kalk reactor that I had purchased off of another reefer. The kalk reactor had a shot motor for the stirrer and even though I did not purchase the reactor directly from EcoTech, they offerred to send me out a new motor and take care of the situation for me. Although due to time constraints I never took them up on their generous offer, I just wanted to thank them for making the offer in the first place when they rightly didn't have to do anything. Not too many companies out there would be willing to replace an old/previously used product. Two thumbs up, EcoTech Marine!
