Great Customer Service

I just wanted to state on how great your customer service is!!!!!! I recently bought a 55g reef cleaning package. When it arrived some of the snails were DOA….no big deal. Called and with no problem reimbursed me the money for the snails. That’s not even the most amazing part. The packaged arrived in a middle of a snow storm and it was about 0 degrees outside so nothing really looked healthy. Over the next couple of days, the rest of the package ended up dieing. I called back….a little worried about being denied and being blacklisted. AMAZING with no problem I was reimbursed my full purchasing price because of 14 day stay-alive guarantee.

Well I’m not sure if I’m black listed (LOL) but you have won this customer over for life.
