Ordered a bunch of snails and crabs from marinedepotlive last week and even after giving them the wrong shipping information (twice!) everything arrived on time and alive! Even threw in a heat pack for free even though I didn't request one. Good thing too since it is still getting pretty cold in the mountains here.

BTW: Even if you have had packages held at UPS for pick up before, call and check that they will still do that. My local UPS store will no longer accept/hold them.

I've always been very happy with all aspects of my drygoods purchases through Marine Depot. I intend to order some livegoods soon.
