Great Meeting

Thank you again, Chris and Monica, for letting us come over and see your awesome tank, learn about fragging--and LOTS OF OTHER TIPS AND ADVICE! We really enjoyed it! We are enjoying the zoos and other frags--thanks so much for the advice and the cheato, too, Chris!

I agree... Thank you guys so much for hosting! Big thanks to Sean for the zoa rock, too. I had a great time. Can't wait for next months meeting, which is actually only a couple of weeks away... of course I guess they all are... heh.

Anyways, thanks again to those who put it together. I honestly think we have one of the best and most active clubs... can't do that without great officials and great club members!

Thanks, Chris & Monica! Great meeting! Great tacos!

When I got home, I tried to re-glue the zoa frags to what I though would be a perfect ledge for them to, hopefully, spread over time. Each time I thought the glue had set, I would come back to find the frags in the sand. Finally I saw that my lightning wrasse was just knocking them off each time I turned around! I tried to protect them this way until the glue set longer: :D

Wish I could have hosted. Sorry for the last minute change and Thanks again Chris for stepping up. Lupe is doing well and starting to get around better this week. Sounds like it was a good meeting.

Glad things are okay, Robert, and that she is getting better. Sorry you had to miss the meeting.

As always, nice pics, Howard. It's amazing what you get from that little camera.

Thanks to everyone at the meeting for making me feel welcome, and answering questions. It was a great time, and of course kudo's to Chris and Jack for the time and effort and I'm sure others that I am not aware of. The Zoas have opened up look great. Looking forward to the next meeting.

I know it's a few days late, but I don't think it was mentioned at the meeting and wanted to let everyone know what dremel bits were used for cutting the rock.

Workshop Tools at the Opry Mills mall sells those bits, pack of 20 is $3. They're the cheapest we've been able to find and they even work on glass. You don't always have to have the most expensive. These bits are about cheap enough to use for one session and throw away. And I'm pretty sure Chris mentioned, there's no need for a dremel that large/expensive either.
