I had to pass on this positive note about the Tunze stream line of products. A few nights ago I was doing some maintenance on my aquarium, and managed to spill a bit of water on a power strip and on the driver box for my 6000. My GFCI cut power off (it works and has saved my rear twice, everyone should have GFCI on their aquarium). When I cleaned up, and replaced the affected strips, upon power up my Tunze driver box emitted the dreaded beep. Upon further inspection I discovered some water had gotten into the inside of it. Well to make a long story short, the box was smart enough to detect a short due to the water and cut of power to the majority of the driver. I was able to take apart the box, dry it out with a blowdryer, reassemble it, and all was well. A++++ product engineering. I have always recommended Tunze for their engineering superiority over other products. This is such an example. Kudos on a great product.
