We've been having a water problem in South Central Iowa. The water treatment plant in Creston issued a "Boil Alert" when part of the water treatment plant malfunctioned shortly after Christmas. We are still under the alert and cannot drink our water.
Obviously, i needed to know that my RODI water was safe to use. Jim from the Filter Guys was quick to respond to my inquiry, and the answer was that if the clarity was OK then the water was OK to use. He advised that I use my currently good, but now yellowed filters until the situation was over, and then to replace them. I ordered the replacements on Friday, and got them today, Monday.
