Just got one today and he looks really upset in my tank. I have great parameters and he keeps tipping over almost leaning and opening the center of him up looks like his mouth. Any thoughts? I'm hoping he is just adjusting to his new home.

Never mind I placed him on the rocks up higher and wow all puffed up and wide open in my moon lights. I'll feed him some fresh shrimp tomorrow. To welcome him to his new home lol

give him time to acclimate to you tank (water, lighting, etc.) He is probably still adjusting

I'd wait to feed for a few days at least. They dont need much food and get most of their nutrients from the lighting. Dont make it work harder by feeding while its still adjusting. Good luck and show some pictures!!

OK I'll wait to feed. Every time I try to post a picture it won't let me . Still trying to figure it out.

So I wake up this morning and he went under a rock out of the light. Now I can barely see him hope he comes back to the light.

Like everyone says, leave it alone and let it settle in and acclimate.

Yeah I got home tonight and it is on its side and a brown ball is hanging out in the middle Iam assuming the worse. I'll never again go to this LFS.
