Green chromis in quarantine

Hi all, I'm new to this hobby after keeping freshwater fish for over 20 years. I only have turbo and hermits in my DT now (started 7 weeks ago). I read a 10 gal QT was big enough but now I'm not so sure.

I got 3 green chromis 5 days ago and lost one within 48 hrs. I drop acclimated for an hour and have a filter pad seeded from my DT in the internal filter plus an air line to a sponge filter that was in my DT. Ammonia and nitrites keep measuring 0 and nitrates around 10. Bare bottom with PVC pipe and heater too.

I'm worried about urenoma and I tried to attach a pic but it's roo large. It had a read patch behind head and raised scales near tail on belly and on belly near head. The remaining 2 are hovering towards bottom and don't seem to be eating but I bought the same food the LFS was feeding them (marine flakes with garlic and frozen brine shrimp). I started treating with Paraguard upon finding the dead guy. Thoughts?

Im no expert (new myself, check out my dead clownfish thread) but now that i have been reading some on this it sounds like a parasite (possibly flukes). I am treating with parizapro currently.

Thanks Dustin. Here's a picture. I do have Prazipro.

Sorry for your lost. Chromis are well-known for coming in with uronema. I have got some from well-known vendors that came in with them. For the future, give them a Formalin bath upon arrival.
