Green Clown Goby

I'm looking at getting one of these as the sole resident (other then corals) of my 5.5g nano. The tank has been around for quite a while now, and I feel it needs some action. Does anyone have personal experience with Green Clown Gobies? If you do, please share.

Cheers :)

Clown gobies are hermaphrodite which means they will chance sex and form a pair in any case. You can even keep them in groups.

Here's another source of information.

I've only kept singles so I don't know first hand how they do in pairs in small tanks. However, I think in a 5.5 gallon tank you'd be better off with just one. They actually get pretty decent sized (they are small, but chunky and get bigger than you might expect). I could see going with a pair or even a trio of neon gobies in that small a tank, but not with more than one clown goby.
