What are the chances that a green file will eat berghia ?

by green filefish, do you mean Acreicthys tomentosus?

if so, i see no reason they wouldn't, considering they'll eat appies, which means that the nematocycsts the berghia stores on its back won't bother the filefish. i've kept the filefish, but never with a nudi, so maybe someone can weigh in specifically.

Yes Acreichthys tomentosus . I was plainning to add a few to one of my tanks to help control an outbreak that im experincing . The green file is helping but its slow going and I would like to speed up process. Has not one else tried both together?

My cute filefish was spotted nipping my new Acan frag! Now im worried at what else it might go for.
The Acan i moved to my single species Firefish tank till i decide if the Filefish is worth keeping.

Is anyone else having problems with their Filefish eating corals?
