ALGAE WARS - Episode 2 (movie) Update:
My Quality Control and Artistic Director (Gary) is recommending I add sound.
At least some background music.
I'm not a music person, so if anyone can Post or PM me any good background soundtracks on Internet (based on what you saw in Episode 1 was like), it would be appreciated.
My son is into gaming, and the only music he listens to is Nintendo Soundtrack Game music

Very coincidental, that's the music Gary recommended.
You sure it isn't copyright? Wouldn't want the video pulled off of you tube for that reason.
To be extra safe, I was thinking of just recoding my sump, and get some bubble, and water running background sounds.
Need a humming sound for inside the space station.

BIG PROBLEM encountered, but solved.
I was digging thru my archives to find Episode (1), to Join it with Episode (2).
It's gone, or lost. Can't find the stitching or even the MP4 (of the complete movie).
I have bits and pieces, but certainly don't want to redo Episode (1) again.
The only copy is what is on YouTube.
Son showed me how to use "YouTube to MP4 Downloader".
I downloaded, but the resolution is not like original.
Not a disaster since on You tube it probably won't make a difference when I add Episode 2.
By the way, just noticed Episode 1 was called Chapter 1. No big deal.
I played with sound. Too hard since pressed for time.
It will be like the original, a Classic Silent Cartoon. Good for everyone to polish up on their reading skills.

Today is our first big Christmas Family dinner, so can't work on movie.
However it's coming along very nicely. Working on Final Adjustments and last minute ideas.
It isn't going to be a 5 minute version like Chapter 1. It appears this Episode will be 30-45 minutes long. So be prepared for a comfortable watching (Have popcorn and a drink).

So all the eating and social gatherings are over.
Tomorrow is Boxing day and my yearly Salt Pickup runs and maybe some Online Aquarium supplies.
Off for another week of vacation, so next TOP priority is Getting the Movie out.

ALGAE WARS - Episode 2 Update - MOVIE FINISHED!! (Computer speed is only delay)
I'm no longer to blame for delays. The MOVIE is Finished.
It's just taking a lot of time to render, wait for MP4, review, adjust if needed, and move to next scene.
Example. 30 second clip takes 10+ minutes to render into HD video.
I even bought (today on Boxing day) an SSD Drive, and 8 More Gigs of Memory for computer hoping to speed things up. But decided not to install since too risky having a computer corruption. Yes, all work is backed up in 3 places to be safe.
Can't imagine how long it will take to Push up into YouTube. Hours is my guess.
These are the Final Ready Scenes that make up the movie (In case someone is thinking I'm making up delay excuses)... (No spoilers here).

Don't give up. I struggled not only with Algae by Cyano too.

The Real World (A New Hope) Restarting Algae Toonie
So if you watched the Ending of Episode 2, that Algae Situation was a Real Thing that happened in my Office tank.
Over the last year, I've been taking all lessons learned and planning for a Fresh New Office Tank Restart.
(Same old rocks, Algae Free) and a whole new set of SPS Corals (The best I could find).
New Sump, New Algae Scrubber, better Circulation and lighting.
That start begins 2017, which is not far away.
This is Algae Toonie Dec 2016. With a new start beginning 2017 at the stroke of midnight tonight.
The rack of SPS Frags at the back will be placed forward soon on Rocks and I'll be starting a new Tank Thread.
