green hair algea in a 5.5g

hello everyone, I have a 5.5g bare bottom with 1x 36w PC and a DIY HOB fuge
there is one large rock in the tank that takes up 70% of the space some zoa frags and GSP and 1 clownfish
-my problem is that i have alot of GHA its all over the rock and its also in my fuge
-i try to do weekly w/c bottom times i slack off
-My CUC(clean up crew) is 3 astrea snails 1 hermit and 1 emerald crab
-for flow i have my HOB fuge (penguin HOB filter) and a mini-jet 606


-how can i get rid of this algea
 
What are you water params? What are you using for top off water and water changes? We need some more info before we can help out!

For the record, I'm battling hair algae myself, and I am going as far as switching tanks completely because mine is stemming from a nitrate problem thats caused by my tank. Its a pain. Gotta love this hobby, right? :)
