green mandarin acting strange...

Hi all... I bought a green mandarin three weeks ago. I put him in my refugium, and to my suprise he has been accepting mysis (enriched with vitachem) from my hand 2x a day since I purchased him. I put him in my display tank on Monday, and everything looked fine. Yesterday he was fed 3x to encourage him to settle in. Today he suddenly started acting lethargic, won't move around the tank, and won't accept food. His colors are normal, and he shows no outward signs of ick or anything else. His stomach is a little sunken (and has been since we bought him), but I figure he would eventually get fatter as long as he doesn't die of unknown causes before then:(. I have a cycled qt tank, but I don't know if that would be of any use since I don't know what's wrong...Any ideas?? By the way, the rest of my fish and corals look normal, so I don't think there has been any swing in parameters.

Yellow coris & blue flasher wrasse; they aren't visibly harassing the mandarin. The mandarin has to be target fed which allows me to verify that he ate. He has started to look a little better (more active, but still subdued) as the day has gone on...I'm beginning to wonder if it is just stress, but it seems odd that it didn't appear sooner. We'll see if he eats tonight...
