Green Mandarin bloated (not pregnant)

In my 60g tank, I have had that female green mandarin for about 2.5 years now. There is plenty of food usually, no other fish ever seem aggressive towards that fish, but when I looked at the tank earlier, it looked like that.

I haven't been able to find what it is online, and I'm really worried about the fish. The only thing I see that might have caused that, maybe, would be if the fish has been stung by an anemone or some bristle worms, no?

Anyone can help me?

For general bloating with bilateral popeye I usually think of systemic bacterial infection (closest thing in literature is kidney infections) which are actually treated by gram positive type drugs (vs more common gram negative infections in fish). Best shotgun long term bath (few weeks) is with erythromycin. API makes a product whcih you can get at some local fish stores and use as directed.

Thanks cngreg.
I went to my LFS today and I got API's Melafix. I know it's not the same thing, but they didn't have erythromycin based medication and a quick searched online put both that and Melaleuca in the same "family". Let's hope it helps my little friend :-S

Here is an update of how the mandarin looks today. The meds don't seem to help much, but I'll keep on treating as the bottle says.

Unfortunately I doubt Melafix will do anything good for your fish. I recomend to do whatever you can to get ahold of strong antibiotics asap; if you can't find erythromycin, get furan-2. You can find these on Amazon if you can't find it locally.
