This greem slimer is growing very well, but for some reason the polyps won't come out. Scott and I were thinking maybe because it isn't "hungry," they aren't coming out because they don't want food. What do you guys think? Scott, here is a pic:
The color looks good, just no polyp extension. That is strange. I bet you can do a search for "poor polyp extension" and find some debates on limiting parameters.
I can't remember how long it took, but this stuff grows fast in my tank. We've cut multiple one inch frags off. We've been mounting the frags sideways (instead of straight up and down), they seem to grow faster this way.
So that's where my frag came from that I got from David I'm guessing. Cool. Mine is growing well and hopefully it will speed up once I add my calc reactor.
