Green Wolf Question

hey guys i have a female and male green wolf eel. the female is bigger than the male and when the female approches the male she vibrates her body. i dont know if its a sign that she wants to breed or something. but when she does this the male takes no interest in her and then she gets mad and starts chasing the male around the tank biting at him n stuff. is this some type of mating ritual or does she just hate him? and i read that article on reef keeping about breeding wolf eels, but it doesn't answer my question. thanks
