Grocea and 175 watt halide

Would a 175 watt 10K ushio bulb be enough light for a grocea if it were to be placed about a foot under the light. I am considering an uprgrade and have two 175 over my 65 tall. I currently have two squamies on the bottom. I also have a couple actinics.

If you put it directly under the halide it should be fine. You should go with an additional halide.

i would go with 250w mh if i was you

It'll be fine if it's under the bulb and not too far off to the side.

I have a crocea under a 150 about 12 inches directly under the light and it is fine. It has held it's color and shows new growth.

175 is fine i have maximas & croecea under 175 for 3 years now & i have great color & growth. I.M.O you will be fine.
