Hi,
It would be easiest if everyone picks up and pays for the clams at the store. That way they can pick between the available clams. I will need to keep all the clams on hold until everyone in the group buy has seen them. So hopefully we can arrange a two day window for people to come pick out there clams. After that I will have to offer all the extras to the public. I plan to have lots of extras so that there are plenty of choices.
I will also need a list of who requested what type of clams.

I'm going to close the group buy on Friday, May 11th and send John our complete order at that time. He's travelling to LA on the 16th to handpick the clams (along with the rest of his purchases) and will have them available in his store for pickup shortly thereafter.
I need each of the group buy participants to either PM or Email me their actual names by this Friday so that John will know who gets group buy pricing, as well as who gets what type and how many.
