Group Buy On ORA Clownfish

Hi guys, I am organizing a group buy on ORA clownfish. These are the prices.

Misbar true perc:Cash:$23, Paypal add $0.67 +$0.30 ***** fee.
Naked Ocellaris:Cash: $35, Paypal add $1.02 +$0.30 ***** fee.
Black Ocellaris:Cash: $32, Paypal add $0.93+$0.30 ***** fee.

I am working on getting more prices on other clownfish also.

I called around to get more competitive pricing, but not too many retailers are carrying tank bred from ORA, they are getting them through Marine Quality USA from the Marine Centre. The one retailer I found that carried ORA clownfish charged me $50 dollars a piece on the naked clownfish.

You can paypal half the money, in that case it would be what ever amount, plus 2.9% paypal fee and $0.30 the transaction fee, then pay me the rest when you pick them up. I can arrange for pick up in downey or Downtown Los Angeles. They will be coming straight in the shipping bags from ORA so they don't have to be acclimated twice.

The order is for 16 fishes, and I am getting 8. Please let me know if you are interested, cut off is on sunday night, hopefully for tuesday delivery.

I don't have any pics of the clownfish except the naked ones:

during spring break i will pick up in downey if possible.

thanks, Danny

Hey Danny, it's not a problem holding them for you. I have a spare 10 gallon laying around, and I'll set it up if you decide to buy them.

Any idea what pricing would be for some Red Head Gobys - Gobiosoma punticulatus or Greenbanded Gobys - Gobiosoma multifasciatum?

I will ask and give you an answer tomorrow. I'm trying to get pricing on the Jig saw maroons, bi and tricinctus clownfish, and some macro algeas.

The prices above... do they include shipping/handling fees?

Yes, the prices already include the shipping fee.

I want a black ocillaris! How do I pay? and do we pick it up from you? or are you going to ship it to us??

I might take the day off from work next wednesday and possibly offer to drop them off as soon as I pick them up. Before I was given the pricing, the shipping was calculated. So it's not what I quoted + everyone having to chip in for shipping. So far everyone inquiring is in the OC, so it wouldn't be a problem delivering them. I'll use a Prius so you won't have to give me for gas money. You can paypal a portion of the money and pay me the rest when I get the clown to you.

ORA doesn't produce the snowflake clownfish. The Marine Centre produces them and they are special order. I have a pair I bought from Mark's Tropical Fish in Studio City. I was lucky they had been sitting in his tank for awhile because they command a high price, $400+. If you speak to Mark he can order them for you.

I didn't offer the Picasso because I was told there is a limit of 2 per order and they are go anywhere from $75-$100 a piece, depending how bad you want it. Some people on the East Coast get it for cheaper, maybe pay around $60-$75, I've heard some getting them even cheaper.

Here's a pic of the jigsaw maroon:

The picasso I bought can be seen on the first pic I posted on the top of the picture. It's pattern isn't as intense as the broodstock, but with time, the black should darken as it matures.

I will find out exactly what else we can get from ORA, the first three are the species we can get for sure, but I'm not sure if they have everything else in stock. Pics of the two banded and three banded clownfish are in my gallery. (bicinctus, tricinctus).

I will post a list of the people and what they are interested in. I think there is a limit of 10 per species and we have almost reached the limit on the naked clownfish.

I didn't see the link to ORA Farms, so here it is. I assume this is where the order is coming from?

Yeah the order is coming from ORA. I'm trying to get an answer to see if they will be complete bars or misbars. I borrowed the pic from Live Aquaria, so I'm not sure how ORA's look, but I am pretty sure they will be like the juvenile. The one I own has the complete bar on one side and the other side has like a tear drop shape. I've had it for about 8 months and the shape of the bars hasn't changed, except it has turn almost completely black, except the mouth is still a bit orange, but I don't know it's origin. I'll try to post a pic later.

The order is going to happen. I was told 30-36 fish could fit in the box. So far it's about 19 fish. Deadline is on Sunday night before 9pm, but if we fill the box before then, I'll stop taking orders. Jigsaw Maroons are not available, neither is the assessor.
