Growth with 250w XM 10k vs Phoenix 14k

Tank looks great... if you want pure par for 10K how about the EVC bulbs they put out a ton of par. I just switched (last night) to the phoenix since they look really nice. I will see how it goes.

This is my last pic I took before sending my camera off so focus is a bit off and I have frags everywhere.

I use 10K XM's and I see 0 yellow also. I also only have 2 6ft bulbs of VHO.

Jay24k are you running SE or DE also what kind of ballast? You tank looks great.

Can´t you combine diferente K, taking advantage of the extra PAR ?

I use 4x150 10k BLV HQI + 2 actinic T5 80w + 1 6.5k T5 80w

My 210 G tank was set up only 3 months ago (upgrade from a 55g) but you I like the colors (not yellowish, anyway)

The layout and balance of the tank is simply stunning. Especially the shadow and light balance.

I have a 250watt phoenix 14K ver my 60 cube with 130 watts of PC and I love the pheonix bulb...I get awesome growth out of my SPS

Thanks Sunnyx. I plan on hopefully cleaning it up by next week. A few corals are in the back where you can't see unless you are above due to me having to move a few things around. However, that will be changed. I always liked your lighting also and if I recall you had 10K's. You will have to let me know in about 6 months what growth you are getting in comparison and color comparisons on corals w/ flash if you can.
