GSM Clown?

I just got a mated pair of GSM clown from a fellow reefer. Can GSM catch HLLE? A few of his blue tangs has the HLLE and the 2 clowns that I got seems to be displaying odd, un-even, color patterns. GSM are suppose to be dark maroon colors (females) right?

Can GSM catch HLLE?
