GSM swimming upright and not eating

Hello all

I have a mated pair of GSM's which I have had for about 6 weeks. All was well at first then the female stopped eating. This was about 10 days ago. I have tried all different foods but she still wont eat. Over the past few days she hes been spending time out of her BTA and is swimming upright at the bottom of the tank. She can swim normally aswell but is regularly going into the upright position. She has no other symptoms of disease ie spots, white fur etc. Her colour is good but she is getting thin. All water parameters are fine.
The problem appeared to start after I lowered the temp (gradually) to 26 with a chiller. I am now gradually increasing the temp again. Could this have stressed the fish.
I have attempted to catch her to give her a freshwater bath but she always gets away, to the point of biting me last night.
This seems to stress her more and dont want to move her if the bath is pointless.
She is a beautiful fish and to get a mated pair of GSM's here in Thailand is virtually impossible. I was very lucky. PLEASE help if you can.

Thanks
Matt
