Guarantee in Brazil

As it said in another topic, I bought in Spain 2 Turbelle Stream 6000. The transformer one of one of them stopped to function, without an apparent reason. It would know to inform me if in Brazil it exists guarantee and as to proceed?

But if not to exist this guarantee. There as I can acquire in the USA transformer online. I thought about changing the configuration to buy one more powerful. I used the transformer the Turbelle Eletronic 7200 to make the Stream to function in the aquarium. Which the transformer one that vocês they indicate me for use in the Turbelle Eletronic or more would be indicated I to increase the power of the Stream with another transformer one? My aquarium has 160 x 70 x70

The bigger transformer is part 7410.602. If you go to www.tunze.com their is the dealers for Brazil under the dealer addresses and they may be able to help you, Onda is the main distributor. Germany could help you for sure if no one in Brazil can.

In Brazil i don't buy this transformer.

I bought for this transformer 7410,602 throught im site of tunze USA (www.tunze.com/usa/indez.html), but I was in the doubt if the equipment comes of the USA or Germany. It will be that it will only come with the specifications of 230v and 50Hz?
In Brazil, where the electric chain is 110/115v and 60Hz. Acquired transformer is compatible with this necessity?

That order will go to germany and likely they will send it on to me because it was in the USA forum. I do not ship outside the USA. If I get the order I will ask them what they want to do, if they willl send it or the other option is we cancel it and you can order from one of our internet dealers who ships over seas. I think the shipping is cheaper from the US, Marine Depot, Champion and Premium Aquatics all ship outside the US.
