I think he left due to family and time.

I hope he kept a lot of his frags, maybe he'll be able to trade them in the near future =)

Yeah I couldn't believe it when my cell phone rang and it said Rommel. I am so glad he's back. Rommel get some killer corals and I'm always hitting him up for stuff. He said he's never going to leave this hobby.

Yes he still owns ultimatefrags.com. He said it was just a rumor that he sold the site.

When I spoke to him over the weekend he told us that his tank is pretty much bare. He had sold off alot of his stuff, including his skimmer, so he sounded likey he has a ways to go to be "back in business", but Rommel is a fighter, so I am sure that he will be back in full swing sooner than later

Well I know he is working on a few deals to get a bunch of corals right now. In fact he just picked up some nice stuff from me yesterday. I can't wait to see his first batch of corals. I hear they are going to be really nice. I shouldn't have told you guys. Now I have competition.
