What the hell is this s**t?

It appeared 3 days ago in our tank and our LFS was like "W*T*F*?!?" :bigeyes:
First we mentioned it while our Coral Banded was sucking from the thing like it was ice cream. :lol: The size is little bit than inch, but I'm suspicious it can extend like accordion. Also it doesn't seem to move at all.
Please, i don't know if it is even alive! What could be?

looks like a peanut worm to me, I had one that died and I had no idea what it was.
