h.crispa or seabe

what is the difference between the crispa, and seabe anemone, or are they the same? i often see bleached seabes in my lfs, but sometimes i wil see a colored one, and cant tell the difference except the obvious loss of color, but also the white seabes have short tenticales, but this could be due to health. tx
