Looks like it to me. And it sounds like them too, they tend to be a lot more fragile than most other species. I don't know how much reading you have done, but they are usually raised in pens in asia and then called captive raised. This results in seahorses that seem more like wild caught, because that is basically what they are. I have two in with my other seahorses and they seem to like mysis, but if yours arent going for it, I would just start experimenting with whatever is available locally. They probably will get used to the mysis eventually, but you dont want them to starve first. Live brine might be OK short term because they will probably go for it, but long term you will need something more healthy.
