had a scare yesterday

So yesterday morning I woke up to find my mantis shrimp laying on her back with the swimmerets moving. I quickly killed the lights and carefully moved a LR to cover her cave up. I was feeling like she was toast and that was all I could really do for her. Well this morning I turn on the lights and she's moving around fine. I don't know

was she in the water? Some time mantis just like to lay on their back and just chill. My N Wennerae does it all the time-if thats what you were talking about.

yeah, she was in the water. This is just the first time I had ever seen this before. She's been moving around fine ever since.

she could have been a little stressed out.
when winter comes along and the temp drops more rapidly sometimes aquarium heaters cant keep the temperature at the correct level and takes a few minutes to heat up again.
