Had to use tap water while cycling my rock

Hey guys, so I've had my rock cycling for almost 2 months. At one point my Great Dane decided to drink from the bucket :headwalls: and I had to rush and fill it back up with tap water. (The tap water does have an RO unit, but the filters are about 3-4 years old)

So anyway, my lighting finally arrived and I think i'm ready to rock and roll, but just wondering if I might have issues because I topped off with tap water?
(FYI, it's just a 7 gallon pico tank)

Any advice is welcome!

Lol, it's a good thing I have the glass top for it, because he has already tried drinking out of it....can't wait to find a higher spot for the tank location once we move into our new house
