Haddoni or Gigantea

They only have a live arrival guarentee on the gigs so dont have to much hope. The are a good place to work with though.

As gigantea enthusiasts, I think we all know that they ship poorly. They don't show signs of death externally right away. IME a dead gig could be dead a day or so before showing external signs. Blue Zoo also does not provide any guarantee on gigs, other than it will arrive alive. So, the short story is that it's buyer beware, and we take on the risk and responsibility of a sick or dying gigantea. However, all that said, I think a reputable company will do what they can to make a customer happy, providing a credit, despite their guarantee. But I also don't fault them for not doing so.

The reason why I asked if you purchased it online is because I ordered two gigs from Blue Zoo last week, and yours looks exactly like mine. They came in with mouths open, but were in decent shape, so good in fact that I placed an order for two more. at 40 bucks each and free shipping, it was hard to pass up. The difficult part is getting through this QT period. Looking at them is like flipping a coin -- at one point they look great, other times they are deflated and look terrible. I'll start a thread to document the four. I'm just a bit over my head at this point!

It was my first my time ordering from them. I did not realize there was free shipping on orders over $140. Even still, if even one had survived it would have been a great deal.

Just an aft FYI here. Blue Zoo gave me a credit for the gig that was completely DOA (not shipping though). The one that died a day later was my fault. Fair enough. It is more than I expected. So I will try ordering from them again.

Just out of curiosity, I have heard mixed things on here about iBluewater. I may have gotten lucky on my order with them, but, other than the price, I could not have been happier with my experience. I was able to see videos of my choices and they seem to have some science to their shipping method. Don't want to start anything negative here, but just in general what have been the issues?
