Fresh trout from the fish store is what i feed my nems.
Perhaps it never got rid of the infection 100% on the first treatment, i also have a rock anemone that has not been looking to good after the lights go out that i was wanting to treat also but its impossible to get her of the rock she is stuck on without damaging her.
Treatment is started and im treating a Magnifica @ the same time.
I am also using different Antibiotics.
Will post more info tomorrow and status on the nem.
you shouldn't be feeding freshwater (trout) to your anemone, small bits of shrimp or other salt water treats...I'm just a noob but that makes sense to me

Makes sense to me.....just got my first nem, but your feeding it something that is not natural to its environment. Most likely it has never had trout before.
I highly doubt that it sick because i feed it fresh trout.Specially since that has been on the menu for many other anemones i have had like my minimaxi that looks great i have also feed haddock fillet but its not as good as it falls apart in the water and makes a mess.
Antibiotic that im using is Neomycin 4 gr per 50L that we have been using in the store that i work in to tread internal and external bacterial infections in fresh and saltwater fish.
The two photos are after the night and the first treatment.Magniffica looks qite alot better after it Haddoni looks worse than it was in DT.
My vet has begun to wonder why i need all those antibiotics...
I also have 2 snakes that have respiratory infection @ same time.
Also the stuff i used has been highly effective for fish and is not something the average joe can get so i decided to experiment.
The Magnifica is back to the store and is not feeling too good there. probably inefficient light, i would like to buy it but my tank is stocked with sps and magniffica having those sweeper tentacles and being related to bubble anemones it sometimes likes to travel its a no go.
The carpet is back to the dp an is looking good i noticed the small tear on the disk that might have happened when i removed her, she keeps that area clamped and im sure it will heal fine on its own.
Still bit disappointed in it as it was ordered as a Green Gigantea but turned out as a coloured Haddoni...Pictures make it look greener than it is..
